Kahlia Ferguson is a current student of the Bob Cole Conservatory of music at CSU Long Beach. A performance major, Kahlia aims to perform with orchestras, solo recitals, and cultivate a strong studio of flute students. Kahlia is an Arizona native, where she studied with some of the state’s top players and teachers such as Joe Corral, Andrea TenBarge, Jenna Daum, and Brian Gordon; she now studies with Dr. John Barcellona at CSULB. In addition, she has performed in many flute choir ensembles, regional and all-state bands, taught master classes and coached sectionals from elementary to high school level. Outside of music, Kahlia enjoys learning German, cooking, and making collages of all the countries she would like to travel to and perform someday.
